Our customer, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal/Contracts Legal Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large companies, specifically handling procurement and SaaS contracts. This role requires a professional who can effectively negotiate contract terms and support senior attorneys.

Duration: 6 months (with potential for permanent conversion to a hybrid model)

Location: New York City (Tri-Cities area preferred), Remote considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate procurement and SaaS contracts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
Provide support to senior attorneys.
Maintain and organize contract documentation and records.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
Proven experience as a paralegal in a large company environment.
Strong background in procurement and SaaS contracts.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract terms effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
