Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist our team in supporting the needs of our clients and company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business finances, a passion for helping small business owners, and preferably experience in a paralegal role. This is a remote position for full or part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team with day-to-day tasks, including organizing documents, managing schedules, and communicating with clients.

Help prepare financial documents, reports, and other necessary paperwork.

Provide support in coordinating meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction, as well as consistent progress on their master plans.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

Passion for business finances and helping small businesses succeed.

Background in paralegal work is preferred.

At least one previous job with a tenure of 3 years or longer.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Quiet work environment in the home.

Availability to work between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.

Reliable internet connection and a home office setup conducive to remote work.

This is a 1099 position.
