MSK ATTORNEYS in Burlington, Vermont, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join one of Vermont’s leading real estate, land use, commercial litigation and transactional firms.

Since 2004, MSK’s primary focus has been real estate, land use (zoning, Act 250, permitting), commercial litigation and transactions. MSK represents landowners, developers, financial institutions, municipalities and community groups. Our goal is to serve our clients efficiently and creatively, especially in the most complex matters. MSK’s practice continues to expand and an immediate opportunity exists for an attorney interested in civil and land use litigation, upward development and a team environment.

Our ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, academic credentials and at least two years of civil or land use litigation experience. Working closely with other attorneys, the attorney will have immediate responsibility in all aspects of civil and land use litigation.

The salary range is commensurate with experience and comes with excellent benefits. Some remote work will be considered.
