Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal research, negotiation, and litigation, with a strong ability to write and draft legal documents. Duties:

- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in various legal matters
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases effectively
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and achieve successful outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association where practicing
- Proven experience in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in the practice of law
