We are seeking a qualified Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team on an Of Counsel basis. This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience and be actively licensed in Arizona. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, offering flexibility and independence in your legal practice. Compensation will be structured either as an hourly rate, split contingent fees on select cases, or a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle plaintiff's personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution.
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to personal injury claims.
Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and represent them in hearings and depositions.
Manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals when necessary.
Ensure all legal practices comply with current laws and regulations in Arizona.

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Active Arizona Bar license (Please include your AZ bar number in your application).
Proven ability to handle plaintiff's litigation cases independently.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently in a remote setting.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team but also independently when needed.

Compensation:

Hourly rate or split contingent fees on some cases (or a combination of both).
Flexible and negotiable, based on experience and work structure.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
