Generalist role with strong emphasis on high volume, quick turnaround drafting, review, and revision of commercial contracts and agreements

What You’ll Do

Prepare, review and negotiate all types of contracts on behalf of the business units, including non-disclosure agreements, toll manufacturing or private label arrangements, buy and sell supply agreements, equipment leases, non-compete agreements, consulting/independent contractor agreements, distribution agreements, SAAS/software agreements, license agreements, warranties, terms and conditions of sale/purchase, real property transactions/leases, and other contracts in support of business strategies and obligations
Provide advice and guidance to business personnel on day-to-day legal claims and issues
Advise on global employment and labor matters, including employee relations, terminations, compliance, background screenings, immigration, recruiting, compensation, and other related matters
Collaborate with large project teams and one-on-one with business colleagues.

The Profile

Hard skills

JD plus 2-5 years experience as a practicing attorney
Experience in drafting, revising, analyzing and negotiating commercial agreements – this is key!
In-house experience preferred but not required. You must have experience working with corporate clients.
Admission to, and good standing with, at least one US state bar (or DC)
Familiarity with Oracle HRIS systems is preferred but not required

Wiling to work 5 days a week in the Maple Shade office and travel up to 10% domestically – this is NOT a hybrid role
