Are you interested in bringing your nursing expertise to the legal field? In this role, you would serve as an informed advisor to attorneys, preparing medical chronologies that detail a list of each client's injuries and course of treatment. In short, you'll help us fight for clients to get the care they need and the financial support to pay for it.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing an inventory of every date of service on record, including information on the patient's subjective complaints, objective clinical findings, test results, and the physician's treatment recommendations.
- Identifying records that may be missing from the client file.
- Suggesting recommendations on possible options for the client's future treatment.
- Identifying potential problems for the case, such as a history of noncompliance, preexisting injuries, or patient credibility concerns.
This independent-contractor role is fully remote. Occasional need for you to attend onsite meetings (either in-person or via Zoom) in an advisory capacity may be required.
