In this role, you will coordinate project details with lawyers and technologists to facilitate survey and automation setup, improve database functionality, and design processes to help gather and manage massive amounts of client data and effectively litigate cases.
The litigation tech team you would be joining has a strong team-oriented culture and is looking for someone who is thoroughly a team player. A commitment to clear communication and consistent collaboration is a must. Our litigation practice is complex, so you must be excited at the prospect of solving problems in a variety of complicated, multi-disciplinary situations.
Prior project management experience would be helpful, but if you are a dedicated learner with no prior experience, this may be the perfect job for you. The learning cycle is quick, and you will have excellent mentors. At our firm, effort can quickly outpace experience.

You Will Learn:
- Project Coordination: experience working with others on long-term projects with many moving pieces
- Communication Skills: distilling complex technical concepts in a way that can be understood by attorneys, litigation assistants, and other stakeholders
- System and Process Design: crafting scalable systems that our mass litigation teams can utilize to advance the cases of thousands of clients
- Automation: How to automate processes to avoid human error and enable our attorneys and staff to spend more time fighting to get the best possible results for our clients
- Data Analysis: maintaining and analyzing data sets and analytics from internal and external sources to assist with litigating cases
This position is full time. The salary range is $25-30 per hour based on experience, plus benefits and discretionary bonuses.
