Criminal defense law firm seeking zealous attorney interested in making an additional income by joining our firm as an independent contractor.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a W-2 role, you will be operating as a 1099 contractor. Please do not apply if you do not have criminal law experience.

Requirements:
- Licensed attorney with five years of experience
- No misconduct and in good standing with the State Bar
- Act ethically at all times and exhibit professionalism while zealously defending clients
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain professional while dealing with a wide variety of personalities.
- Excellent knowledge of computers and software, including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF Editing Software, Practice Management Software.
- Prior experience working collaboratively with others to develop and implement action plans.
- Ability to think critically about each potential case, identifying strengths/weaknesses as well as causes of action and potential themes.
- Ability to handle cases independently from intake to trial'
