Job Description:
Robards & Stearns is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-7 years litigation experience to join our team in Los Gatos, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation and will be able to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in California as an attorney;
- Must have experience with civil procedure;
- Must have familiarity with civil pleadings and experience drafting the same;
- Must have experience with written discovery and depositions;
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must be able to work with deadlines;
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively; and
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
This position is for full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Candidates who are interested in this position should submit their resume and cover letter for consideration. Candidates should also provide references upon interview.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
