We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Georgia AND/OR South Carolina, have some experience in litigation and with a focus on pre-litigation clients. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Qualifications: JD w/3-7 years in personal injury practice (Plaintiff or Defense). Competitive team bonus structure.
