Lion Raisins is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to work alongside its corporate counsel.
Duties Include:
Assist in managing substantial case load of the corporate legal department.
Assist in drafting, revising and finalizing pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence.
Review, redact and produce voluminous documents in discovery.
E-file pleadings in federal and various California state courts.
Calendar deadlines in litigation cases.
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in federal, state, and administrative litigation
- Experience in civil litigation preferred
