As a Legal Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal cases and ensuring that all tasks associated with each case are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team of lawyers and legal assistants to provide support and assistance throughout the entire legal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of legal cases from start to finish
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on each case to gather relevant information and build a strong case strategy
- Review legal documents, contracts, and other important papers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and answer any queries related to the case
- Coordinate with external agencies and parties to gather evidence and information necessary for the case
- Prepare and organize documents, exhibits, and evidence for court proceedings
- Schedule and attend meetings, hearings, and trials as required
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure they are met
- Monitor case progress and provide regular reports to the team and clients
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (paralegal certification is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Case Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficient in document management and case management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: $105,000-$127,000 per year
