Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drafting and Proofreading: Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Calendaring: Manage the attorneys calendar, scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings efficiently.
- Filing: Execute filing procedures, ensuring compliance with legal protocols and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and insurance coverage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional proofreading skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough working knowledge of and experience working and filing within the Federal and California court systems.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Salary: $30-35 an hour
