Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage legal documentation, ensuring precision, confidentiality, and systematic filing.
Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and communicating messages effectively.
Manage attorneys’ calendars, coordinating appointments, court dates, and meetings efficiently.
Facilitate meetings, conferences, and depositions to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain data entry and updates in legal databases and case management software.
Assist in tracking billable hours and expenses, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Support the new client intake process, contributing to a streamlined experience.

Required Skills

Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with legal software, case management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedural aspects is an advantage.

Qualifications
