Legal Counsel

Intralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value-added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Based on its extensive know how, advanced product development standards and substantial experience in operating lottery games, Intralot, Inc. offers custom-made integrated solutions, which ensure maximum efficiency and absolute security.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Counsel to join our legal team.

In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, support business operations, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and corporate policies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Legal Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, often collaborating with our international legal team to support innovative projects.
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts, gaming regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements such as AML, anti-corruption, and KYC.
• Provide proactive legal guidance to business leaders, identifying potential legal risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Support commercial deal structuring, negotiations, and contract implementation.
• Review marketing, advertising, and promotional materials to ensure legal compliance with privacy, consumer protection, and advertising regulations.
• Assist in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
  
  
  

What you bring:

• J.D. degree and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong contract negotiation and regulatory compliance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
