A waste management company in central Houston is seeking a Contracts Administrator to handle contract execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing, executing, and filing contracts.
Pay: $85,000-$90,000/hr

Responsibilities:
Track contract terms
Prepare, execute, and file new contracts and renewals
Work with senior leadership for pricing and renewal information
Maintain spreadsheets and the database for pricing, contracts, terms, etc.
Coordinate new contracts and renewals with the operations team
Requirements:
4+ years proven experience in a high-volume contract administration
Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and document management abilities
Experience using CRM platforms and advanced MS Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
