Paralegal

Pure Search represents an AM Law100 law firm who are in search of a paralegal to join their asset management team.

The Role

You will be working as part of the sub-doc team primarily supporting attorneys with review of subscription agreements by tracking the status of documents and directing emails/inquiries to clients’ onboarding, sales, and legal teams on a daily basis. This is a client-facing position where you will be tasked with corresponding with leading financial institutions regarding their alternative investment funds.

Our client is an AM Law 100 law firm with offices across the country. They are tier 1 in the asset management space, making this a unique opportunity to join a number 1 practice.

Location

The firm is open to candidates in New York or D.C.

Experience Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in an asset management team, ideally with experience reviewing sub-docs.
• Bachelors Degree
• Organized, communicative, and professional
• High Proficiency with Database Management and Microsoft Excel

Salary

$75,000+ depending on relevant experience
