Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Payrate: $45.00 - $50.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
Supporting and working with the legal teams and diverse business teams by conducting legal research, preparing/processing and filing documents to the internal legal system in a timely matter.
Help solve problems, manage the legal system and support legal team efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional paralegal.
Skills:
Provide support to attorneys in various legal transactions, and the business teams in a timely matter, including legal research, document management, and drafting contracts and NDAs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be a team player. Ability to work effectively with a team environment and work proactively.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
Participate in operating, maintaining and improving legal-related system and contract process.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Outlook, Excel), and CRM/SaaS platforms.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
