A client seeks either a Senior Corporate Paralegal or a Junior Corporate Attorney to assist on a long-term corporate restructuring project. Must have corporate entities management experience, global experience preferred. The Legal Professional will help oversee that the right internal contacts are involved, review legal documents, and communicate with outside counsel and tax providers.
