Key Responsibilities
- Draft, organize, and manage legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support.
- Coordinate filings, meetings, and correspondence with clients and court officials.
- Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Paralegal certification or associate degree in legal studies; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous paralegal experience in insurance defense or litigation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and e-filing systems.
- Skills: Excellent research, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Professionalism: Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
