A large, well-established public company is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and highly effective C-level executive. This is a high-visibility role requiring impeccable judgment, professionalism, and the ability to operate with discretion and precision in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
As a trusted partner to the executive, you will:
Manage an ever-changing, high-volume calendar with speed and foresight
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and accompanying logistics
Prepare for and attend meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
Oversee internal and external communications, acting as a gatekeeper and liaison
Review and summarize information and materials on behalf of the executive
Coordinate earnings calls and board meeting logistics
Support both business and personal matters as needed
Travel frequently with the executive, both domestically and internationally
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience directly supporting a C-level executive in a large, complex organization
Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work outside standard business hours as needed
Based in New York City with flexibility for a hybrid work environment
Compensation:
Up to $200K for top-tier candidates, plus performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
