Our client is a national law firm focused on health care organizations. Due to growth, they seek a Legal Administrative Assistant working full time out of its office.
NO RELOCATION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support multiple attorneys in a team environment providing administrative and secretarial support, complex document editing, creating tables & spreadsheets, project management, calendar, and travel management, and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Provide first-line support to attorneys
- Draft, edit, and proofread complex documents for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, format, and content in prepared materials
- Create and maintain client files
- Assist with timekeeping, transcription, and payment processing requests and coordinating billing processes
- Schedule and calendar management
- Communicate directly with clients and courts
- Coordinate attorney travel, expense reimbursements and event registrations
- Managing attorney memberships and credentials
Requirements
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-10 years' experience working in a law firm
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Proficiency in and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel functions
- Excellent administrative, writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Work independently and with team members to find solutions to technical problems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits
Salary is between 55-75K (depending on experience plus exceptional benefits).
