Our client a leading provider of technology integration and marketing services is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their expanding team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the legal landscape of a growing multinational company that is establishing a regional U.S. headquarters to support its expansion.

Requirements
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, while managing legal matters in coordination with headquarters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk management strategies are in place
- Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and business operations
- Manage external legal partners and coordinate litigation matters
- Develop legal policies and procedures to ensure the smooth integration of the U.S. subsidiary into the company's global framework
- Legal experience in multinational corporations, particularly in the electronics, manufacturing, or construction industries
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to create proactive legal strategies
- Deep understanding of corporate and contract law, with practical application in a multinational context
- Ability to navigate the complexities of U.S. and international legal environments
- proven experience in managing litigation, disputes, and legal risk
- Proficiency in English is a must. Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Experience working with multinational companies, particularly in high-tech, manufacturing, or construction industries
- A J.D. or Bachelor's degree in Law
