Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Washington, D.C. office and provide comprehensive support to our Investment Management attorneys. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a law firm, will have exceptional skills in communication and administration, and be adept at problem-solving and working collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative duties;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills;
- Excellent client service and communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to think critically and analytically under pressure;
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills as they become necessary;
- Discretion and understanding the need for confidentiality;
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn law firm specific software as needed;
- Strong technical skills; experience with iManage, or similar document management system, a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
