Driggs & Kidd PLLC is a growing law firm with five offices across Idaho. We are looking for someone to join our team who is hard working, motivated, and ready to grow with the company.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, caring voice when answering incoming calls
- Route incoming calls to the correct person
- Take incoming new lead calls, route them to the attorney, and stay on the line to take notes
- Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail
- Conduct initial client interviews over the phone, collecting relevant details about their accident or personal injury concerns, case-related data, and personal information
- Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
- Conduct follow-up calls to clients to gather additional information or answer any questions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for attracting new clients
Skills:
(Required)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience
- Prior customer service experience
(Preferred)
- Knowledge of computer systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
