POSITION DETAILS
- Answer calls in a professional and welcoming manner from clients that wish to schedule a service with one of our Court Reporters, Interpreters, Videographers, or other services offered throughout the nation.
- Enter details accurately and efficiently into the scheduling system.
- Research databases or utilize the internet for any additional information needed to complete the scheduling task. (verifying conference room address, searching for hotels nearby for clients to stay, etc.)
- Relay the new scheduling to staff (for ex. to our Court Reporter) with succinct and positive communication and provide any additional details pertinent to that assignment.
- On occasion, you will contact “outside” service providers and negotiate various terms of the service. (ex. contacting a hotel for the use of their conference room and negotiating pricing)
- Before the day of the assignment, you will be confirming the scheduling with the client by phone and email

- Live within 25 miles of Downtown Portland

- All formal education must be completed
