Fire & Chill is set to disrupt the wellness industry with a user friendly approach to sauna and cold plunge experiences. Born out of a passion for wellness, Fire & Chill aims to focus on making cold plunging and sauna usage less intimidating and more fun. Providing a wide array of benefits, contrast therapy can improve circulation, help with pain relief and muscle recovery, increase energy, and provide substantial stress relief.

This position reports directly to the General Manager
Duties
- As a part of the Fire Chill team, you will be responsible for assisting customers on a fundamental level.
- Answering phone calls,
- setting up appointments on scheduling software.
- Be able to answer basic knowledge of business purpose, services, pricing, and memberships.
- Be an agile learner and ready to learn about contrast therapy and general wellness.
- Educate customers on the basic benefits of our service.
- You will also be responsible for helping the team in a retail sales space.
- Learn to be proficient in the point of sale system.
- Making recommendations based on what you know about our customers.
- Being an avid listener.
- Promote our brand of wellness, and the other products we offer.
- Assist the team in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning/maintenance tasks. Keep our facility in tip top shape, with a keen eye for details. Be a dust bunny’s worst nightmare.
- Report any equipment malfunction immediately and effectively.
- Follow the posted cleaning schedule in a timely manner.
- Join the party and help promote a fun and fulfilling environment for our customers and fellow team members.
- Recognize and encourage our first time customers and make them feel at peace. Treat everyone with compassion and a non-judgemental attitude.
- Embrace the customer 1st mentality.
- Hold your fellow team members to the highest standard of customer service.
- Learn to coach customers on safety, and proper usage of our facility.
- Instruct our customers how to optimize their results with our services.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- After school
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
