What we’re looking for: A Contracts Manger for MSL’s New York office.
What you’ll do: We are looking for a highly organized individual with an eye for details to manage a high volume of Influencer contracts. This role will assist our fun, energetic Operations team with managing Influencer contracts across our Consumer, Health & Corporate practices. This person should have experience working with legal contracts and partnering with attorneys and internal clients. This person is a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and has an understanding of the production process from conception and bidding to final delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate templatized contracts for Influencers
- Coordinate negotiation meetings, as required, regarding contractual language
- Review and analyze the business and legal components of Influencer contracts
- Ensure that vendor contracts abide by all client rules and standards (as set forth in Agreements)
- Prepare contract summaries for major client agreements and other transactions
- Ability to manage and serve multiple clients within the company by responding quickly and pragmatically to urgent situations and meeting deadlines
- Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and providing guidance and explanation of risks
- Review all stages of the contracts through the negotiation process, partnering with the account team
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years prior work experience in contract management for Advertising, PR or entertainment firms.
- Ability to manage and serve multiple clients within the company by responding quickly and pragmatically to urgent situations and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills, as well as great communication and multi-tasking skills are essential
- Ability to manage multiple contract negotiations simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Compensation Range: $58,500-$92,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
