About McCullough: We are…
…the golden standard for private wealth and estate planning. We are experts at crafting custom-tailored solutions designed to address the unique complexities of assets and personal family dynamics. We provide exceptional care. Attention to every detail of our clients’ needs is our highest priority. We strive to protect the value of each client’s estate and ensure that legacies live on for generations.
We are not for everyone, but what we do matters to everyone. Those who choose us choose to be a part of something bigger than themselves. The people who will thrive here are people who want to serve others at the highest level. They want more out of a job than simply clocking in and clocking out. They want to be a part of a cause that builds up the people around them, including clients, team members, and themselves. We demand the best because the team, the law, and the client demand—and deserve—the best. And, if we do it right, then we will build something that outlasts all of us.
As a Legal Researcher …
…you love the challenge of a puzzle. You love reviewing massive amounts of information and documentation and making clarity out of chaos. You are often the one following clues to the end until everything is pieced together to create a masterpiece that is made up of the assets and heirlooms that matter most. Our team and clients count on you to be an expert on the assets of the estate and are expected to know the federal, state, and county rules, and regulations associated with each asset type and transfer.
Your Day-to-Day May Involve…
- Reviewing, recording, organizing, and analyzing estate assets, client notes, and legal documentation to create a comprehensive overview of each client’s estate
- Extracting key information from legal documents, state and county records, and other third-party documentation to accurately outline attorney recommendations for our team, our clients, and their advisors
- Critically thinking through all research and documentation to ensure attorney recommendations are implemented and client goals are accomplished
- Drafting and/or preparing documentation and forms to transfer assets according to federal, state, and county laws and requirements and attorney recommendations
- Accurately enter data into the applicable documents and/or forms
- Collaborating with team members on all aspects of the client’s estate
- Preparing business entities, operating documents, and business audits as part of estate planning and asset protection strategies
- Filing reports of beneficial ownership information and applicant information for business entities in accordance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), on behalf of clients, under attorney’s direction
You will Find Success Here if…
… you exist to be a humble perfectionist; detail-loving, energized-by-work big thinker; team
