Job Description
You will be the Contracts Manager for the Precision Fires Line of Business at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Our team is responsible for supporting the GMLRS / ER-GMLRS Transition to Production Munitions team and driving contract management functions across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading cradle-to-grave contract operations, building effective relationships with internal and external customers, and providing business advice and guidance to various functions to drive business goals and objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services
- Building effective relations with internal and external customers to influence favorable outcomes
- Providing business advice and guidance to various functions, including program management, finance, and engineering
- Serving as an authorized representative for the Company, interfacing with Customer buying representatives
- Coordinating solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns
- Ensuring contractual compliance with laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements
- Leading and supporting audits, as well as training and reporting contract practices

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
