Key Accountabilities:
- Supports the Enterprise Technology (ET) business area in a wide variety of complex technology vendor arrangements, such as IT infrastructure agreements, license agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, and service agreements.
- - Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data use agreements, including agreements for services using Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information; address issues related to the use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Provides legal review of internal and external communications in support of various business areas.
- Supports the company in its efforts to focus on business needs and regulatory compliance.
- Helps the company achieve business goals in a complex regulatory environment. Identifies, analyzes, and provides advice with respect to potential legal issues and risks.
- Manages a large and diverse workload in order to meet business demands at an appropriate level of detail consistent with internal and external deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting complex ET contracts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of laws and regulation related to privacy, security, and confidentiality
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence third parties in an assertive but constructive manner
- Skill to solve problems independently accompanied by willingness to work as a team member.
- Excellent business acumen and judgment, including ability to place legal risk in proper business context.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and associates in key business areas.
- Ability to influence peers and leaders at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Education/Relevant Experience:
- JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
- Six or more years of technology law experience involving contract negotiation and drafting.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and health law strongly preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

Salary Range: $165,960.00 - $202,840.00
The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
