Hiring Position: Spanish Speaking Case Manager

Rate: $800-$900/month

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager/Pre-litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Case Manager/Pre-litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include advising clients, opening new cases, setting up medical treatment, and reporting claims to insurance companies. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in legal research and case management. Qualifications and Skills Needed to perform job:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) and other office equipment as required

Minimum typing speed of 60wpm

Ability to work independently

Ability to make routine subject matter decisions independently

Ability to be a team player

5-8 new cases week average, 70-100 total open cases weekly average

Educational requirements and Experience Requirements:

Spanish Speaking is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English are a must.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Some colleges are preferred but will consider candidates with relevant post high school degree (associate degree or equivalent experience).

At least two (2) years of experience with personal injury claims; criminal defense or other legal areas preferred.

Experience in the customer service area is a must.
