Baker Law Group seeks a full-time Intake Attorney with experience in real estate, probate, business law and general litigation for our Colorado operations.

Responsible for performing, coordinating and managing the intake process within the assigned team. Gives legal advice and recommendations to clients seeking our services. This position is also responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate intake of new clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed promptly. Works closely with the staff to ensure all clients are hired.

Collaborates with the assigned department and teams to ensure a smooth transition from the initial intake to the appropriate next steps within the organization. Is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client complaints in order to give resolution to situations and maintain client satisfaction. Assists management in employee trainings and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Our firm has locations in the Denver Tech Center, Downtown Denver and Colorado Springs and practices in the areas of general litigation, probate, business, real estate, and criminal law.

Salary depends upon experience. Salary for full-time position ranges from base salary plus on target incentive pay of $120 -$140K. Great firm environment, in particular, for those seeking an opportunity for career growth.
