As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and clients by providing legal assistance and maintaining an efficient workflow within the legal environment.

Duties
- Conduct legal research using tools like Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation
- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately
- Utilize ECAS and Legal document management systems for organizing case files.
- Assist in legal drafting, including preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Interview clients to gather case-relevant information
- Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files

Skills
- Proficiency in utilizing legal softwares.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting legal documents
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail in reviewing and proofreading legal documents
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interviews and team collaboration

-Must be profient in speaking Spanish and writting in Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
