Position Summary

The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting and working with the legal teams and diverse business teams by conducting legal research, preparing/processing and filing documents to the internal legal system in a timely matter. Help solve problems, manage the legal system and support the legal team efficiently. Provide support to attorneys in various legal transactions, and the business teams in a timely matter, including legal research, document management, and drafting contracts and NDAs.

Required Skill Set and Background:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technology proficiency with contract management systems.
Must be a team player. Ability to work effectively with a team environment and work proactively.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
Participate in operating, maintaining and improving legal-related system and contract process.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Outlook, Excel), and CRM/SaaS platforms
