Professionals in Legal IT roles are essential for boosting efficiency, organization, and communication within the company. They ensure that technological solutions align with legal requirements and business goals, facilitating seamless operations and improved service delivery.Responsibilities:Participate in IT-related meetings focused on security. Offer insights and recommendations as needed to facilitate efficient and effective decision-making and follow-up actions.Provide technical assistance in resolving support tickets while adhering to company policies and procedures. Utilize a comprehensive understanding of various operating systems and software applications to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues for users.Conduct research related to ongoing IT needs, utilizing a variety of resources to identify innovative and cost-effective solutions. Evaluate and make recommendations on various technology options and their potential impact on the company.Oversee inventory control. Maintain accurate records of all hardware and software assets, ensuring that all equipment is properly configured and deployed according to company policies and procedures.Conduct regular reviews of system logs to identify potential security breaches, vulnerabilities, or other issues. Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remediation actions, ensuring that all systems are secure and fully functional.Assist in the development of comprehensive self-help resources for employees and standardization of the processes and procedures for common IT issues such as password resets, copier functions, and office requests, ensuring consistency and accuracy across departments.Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in a support role.Must have experience with GSuite.Prefer someone with experience with Macs.Prefer someone with experience in Click Up.Prefer someone with experience deploying BYOD.Prefer someone with experience using Tenable or other vulnerability scanning tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with collaboration tools.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience with log reviews and patching remediation.Who You AreDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of IT.We are less concerned with how many years of experience you have than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years.
