Education/Experience Requirements
- Associate Degree in paralegal studies or related work experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant paralegal experience
- Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations and information with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
