Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant based in downtown Houston, TX. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. M-Th and Friday half day, unless work requires the employee to stay back. The role will involve tasks such as legal document preparation, communication, administrative assistance, and organization support for the firm's attorneys and clients.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
- Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance abilities
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Experience working in a legal setting
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a plus
- Associates degree or certification in Legal Studies
