Our Client Is a Growing Energy Firm Based In Houston. Due To Their Success They Would Like To Add a Mid-level Corporate Lawyer To Their Well Established Legal Team With The Following
- 4-6 years of legal experience
- Experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house for a leading corporation specifically working on complex commercial transactions;
- Membership in a state bar, ideally Texas;
- An understanding of the laws, regulations and rules applicable to the energy sector or a related regulatory environment;
- Demonstrated ability to provide business-oriented legal advice and recommendations;
- General corporate law experience, including corporate governance, drafting of corporate resolutions, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, charters and bylaws.
