JOB OVERVIEW:
Think Consulting is actively seeking a Sr. Paralegal to join a leading federal agency in Washington D.C. In this role, you’ll work closely with attorneys and law enforcement to prepare cases for litigation, manage discovery processes, and provide critical courtroom support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, review, and organize records, evidence, and legal materials for litigation
- Analyze case information to understand key details and circumstances
- Prepare and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Collaborate with litigation support to address discovery and material processing issues
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and operating courtroom technology
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Paralegal certificate, JD, or equivalent legal training/education. Alternatively, two or more years of relevant legal experience
- At least one year of experience with automated litigation support tools
- Strong understanding of federal and state court systems, including legal research procedures
- Hands-on experience with computer applications like word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and eDiscovery tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with discovery production and document review workflows
- Experience preparing trial materials such as notebooks, exhibits, and jury instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of courtroom presentation software and procedures
