We have partnered with a growing construction company in the South Metro looking to add to their legal department! This role will support the legal team by assisting with contract management, project coordination, and other essential administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Legal Support: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction-related contracts and other legal documents.
- Project Coordination: Provide support for legal department projects, including tracking deadlines and organizing project files.
- Compliance & Maintenance: Help with corporate compliance tasks, such as maintaining legal records and ensuring filings are up-to-date.
- Administrative Tasks: Scan and organize mail, maintain expense reports, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+years of experience as a legal assistant, contracts specialist, corporate paralegal or similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Software Knowledge: Comfortable using various computer programs and databases for legal and project management tasks.
