We are seeking dedicated Law Clerks to join our legal team. We work in both business and employment law, in both state and federal courts. We are seeking someone experienced and intelligent who is dependable and organized, as well as a team player.
Responsibilities
This position is for people who love what they do and we will mentor and train you to get to the next level, and fast. You will work with simple and complex cases in both state and federal courts. We are open to part and full-time depending on your experience level; our most important one is our dedication to a work-life balance.
We are seeking someone experienced (minimum one years') with law and motion. We require people who are great researchers to get the job done. Writing complaints, demand letters, dealing with client calls and emails as well as propounding and responding to discovery are the main tasks this position entails. Trial prep and other tasks may also come across your desk.
Strong research skills are critical, as well as great grammar, and a good sense of organization. We do not micromanage, so require people who are responsible and hard-working, as well as organized. A strong work ethic and organizational skills are required.
This position is only for persons who live in San Diego as we require you to come into the office, however you are welcome to work from home after 2PM if you like.

We offer an array of bonuses that can add significantly to your pay, in addition to certain benefits, even if you are part-time.
