Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate an engaging and values-driven workplace culture across the firm.
- Direct and oversee non-attorney staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to formulate and execute strategic operational initiatives.
- Streamline workflows and enhance interdepartmental communication to promote collaboration.
- Oversee risk management protocols and compliance measures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to optimize firm-wide operations and reduce costs.
- Lead organizational change by effectively managing transitions related to new technologies and systems.
- Provide comprehensive mentorship and guidance to align team objectives with firm goals.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis in partnership with the CFO.

Qualifications

- Certified Legal Manager (CLM) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in law firm administration or operations management.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a legal team of 10 or more employees.
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million.
- Familiarity with remote-first work environments is advantageous.
