Legal & Risk Administrator
📍 Irving, TX (On-site)
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal & Risk Administrator to support contract management, client negotiations, risk mitigation, and compliance efforts. This role is vital in maintaining our legal and operational integrity across customer, supplier, and internal agreements.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, bids, and proposals.
- Support client and supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority.
- Maintain and organize the contract repository; tag key clauses for reporting and tracking.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate renewals with sales.
- Track and respond to client questionnaires and RFPs; maintain master documentation.
- Document legal and risk items in Salesforce; maintain all records in SharePoint.
- Assist HR and Facilities with recruiting and leasing agreements.
- Provide backup support across Legal & Risk functions.
✅ Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, lifecycle, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and managing complex contracts in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience in a publicly traded company.
