Responsibilities
- Assist with the negotiation, review, and approval of all firm contracts
- Coordinate responses to due diligence and regulatory compliance inquiries from counterparties
- Act as lead coordinator for recurring or special projects
- Assist with preparation of materials for quarterly board of directors’ meetings
- Maintain fund-related and trading documentation repository
- Oversee onboarding processes with executing brokers
- Draft and prepare materials and minutes for internal committee meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience working with legal documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range
$60,000-$70,000
