Small North Orange County insurance defense firm in need for a Legal Secretary with the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in personal injury
- Complete understanding of legal calendaring and tracking deadlines
- Ability to coordinate a busy attorney calendar
- Knowledgeable about court and e-filing procedures
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures, local and state rules, and filing requirements
- Computer proficiency, including Outlook and word processing (Microsoft Word and/or Word Perfect)
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated team-player, reliable, and dedicated
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic
