Position Description:
PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE Symbol: PAR) is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the PAR Legal Team. This role is responsible for providing support and execution of deliverables of the PAR Legal Team. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated attorney with 5-7 years legal experience to join the PAR Legal Team, with significant responsibility, autonomy, and development potential.

What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice law by a relevant state bar
- Between 5-7 years of corporate law experience.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements, including NDAs, software licenses and SaaS arrangements, employment and other professional service agreements, supply and procurement agreements, real property leases and agreements, and joint development, distribution, and outsourcing arrangements.
- Conduct legal research on relevant corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
- Support senior legal counsel in managing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with members of the PAR Legal Team and other functional areas to achieve organizational objectives.
- Actively participate in Legal and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks (legal, operational, reputational and others).
- Execute in a fast-past and dynamic work environment.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Critical thinking, sound judgement, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- First-rate oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- A self-starter, who is accountable for his or her decisions and work product

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, and prior accomplishments. The position is eligible for additional compensation, including a cash bonus and equity.
