We're seeking an exceptional Paralegal & Executive Assistant to support our Commercial & Legal Executive during an exciting period of growth and innovation. This role will offer more than just your typical Paralegal position – you will be providing crucial support to a progressive leader who values collaboration, initiative, and professional growth. Core Responsibilities:

Assist with contract review, drafting, and management, including maintaining our contract database and ensuring proper filing and organization of all legal documents
Support the legal team with research, document preparation, outside counsel offices and maintaining corporate records and filings
Prepare legal correspondence and basic legal documents under attorney supervision
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate communications between Commercial & Legal Executive and other department leaders
Manage complex calendar scheduling, including coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and with external stakeholders
Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, presentations, and corporate events
Handle all travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense reports and process invoices
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, maintain an organizational system and digital filing system, and track important deadlines and renewals
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Maintain compliance calendars and legal filing deadlines

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of combined paralegal and executive assistant experience with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Suite and a variety of planning/tracking systems (e.g. Notion, Asana, etc.)
Proven experience handling confidential information with appropriate discretion, always maintaining a focus on upholding integrity and ethics for the business
Professional demeanor and presentation style

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting C-level executives
Startup, social casino/gaming, or tech industry experience
Knowledge of contract management systems
Project coordination experience
Bachelor's degree
