Job Description:
In this administrative role, you will be integral to our operations, focusing on general administrative duties to support our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document Management: Manage the documentation process, including data entry and filing. Ensure all records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Affidavit Preparation: Assist in drafting and preparing comprehensive affidavits, with a focus on clear and accurate documentation.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, empathetic updates about their cases. Your role is crucial in making our clients feel supported and informed throughout the process.
- Settlement Assistance: Support the settlement process by managing documentation related to closing statements and settlement packages.
- Medical Record Coordination: Order, track, and manage medical records essential for claim development, addressing any challenges in retrieval promptly.
Qualifications:
- Fast typing and proficient word processing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with an understanding of their role in enhancing client communication and data management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
